INGREDIENTS: BLUEBERRIES MUFFINS

1 Cup All purpose flour 125G
1 Egg
6 tablespoons melted butter unsalted
200GRAMS FRESH BLUEBERRIES
1/2 cups or 8 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons whole milk
1/4 teaspoon Salt( adjust quantity base on your taste)

Air fry at 320F or 160C for 25-30mins

INGREDIENTS: Air fryer Raspberry Muffins

1 Cup All purpose flour 125G
200g fresh raspberries
1 Egg
6 tablespoons melted butter unsalted or vegetable oil
7 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2/3 cup or 12 tablespoons whole milk
1/4 teaspoon Salt( adjust quantity base on your taste)

Please note. the muffins liners are 2/3 full of a cup instead of 1 cup full as shown in the video recipe. Thank you.

Air fry at 320F or 160C for 20-30mins
