Ingredients:
Coconut Milk
Grated Cassava
Water
Butter
Pandan Condensed Milk
Vanilla extract
Green food coloring
For toppings:
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Put coconut milk into a pan, stir, and bring to a boil. Add packs of grated cassava. Put the stove on low heat. Mix it well so the coconut milk would be absorbed by the cassava. Add water, and cook the cassava on low to medium heat. Put butter to add taste. After 5 minutes, add pandan condensed milk, and mix well together. Add vanilla extract and green food coloring, and mix it well again, cook the mixture for 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer to a round aluminum tray. For toppings: roast unsweetened coconut flakes in a pan until it's golden brown and put on top of the pandan cassava cake. Let it cool for 4 hours in the fridge and serve it with love to your family!
