Core strength and stability needs to be a staple in your training plan. It will help you increase overall strength, stay healthy, feel better and stronger, and decrease injury risk. Adding in external loads, unequal and offsetting loads, isometric loads and oppositional resistance training will increase your stability and strength WAY more than just doing abdominal crunches…these are just a few exercises we’ve done over the last training session but there are so many more, so don’t be afraid to get creative!
