It means when you subscribe to us, we subscribe to you and we plan for your baby’s entire feeding journey until their first birthday to ensure you never run out of formula or miss a delivery. How do we do this? We only take as many subscribers as we know we can serve for their entire feeding journey.

We learned during the Formula Shortage in 2022 that giving peace of mind to our Bobbie fam is ALWAYS more important than growth of the business. We closed our store for 7 months that year to ensure that every family’s box arrived uninterrupted while shelves remained empty. And we’re proud to say that every box of Bobbie showed up since.

That Peace of Mind Promise rings true to our core still today. While retail can be unpredictible at times— being a member of the Bobbie fam never is. We got you. 💚
