Amla & Curry Leaves Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
1 fresh Amla (or 2-3 tablespoons of Amla powder)
10-12 fresh curry leaves ,Cumin seeds
1 cup water
Honey or lemon juice (optional, for taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the Amla: If you're using fresh Amla, wash it thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. If you're using Amla powder, you can skip this step.
Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, add the Amla pieces (or powder), curry leaves, cumin seeds and water. Blend until smooth. You can also add a little honey or lemon juice if you want to sweeten the taste.
Strain the Juice: If you prefer a smoother juice, you can strain the mixture to remove any pulp.
Serve: Drink the juice fresh on an empty stomach in the morning for the best results.
