The place of our energy in our body is the navel center, but there is another place in our body from where the regulation and transfer of energy takes place; that place is our hands. Our hands act as a medium to direct energy, hence if a person's body is sick, then the disease can be cured by transmitting the energy of these hands at the Energy level. When our energy remains stable in the navel center, only the fire element has more influence there, but if you bring this energy to your hands, then the combined energy of the five elements (air, fire, water, earth, space) has given a combined shape to our life energy through which our body is made. As you know, our body is made up of five elements, and if any disease occurs in the body, it can be cured only by combining the energies of the five elements. Therefore, by applying the hand to the sick body part, the body slowly heals.
