'SAPS spends more money on defending ineficiencies' - Gana

Rise Mzansi MP Makashule Gana says instead of the SAPS spending more
money on protecting South Africans, the police are spending money on
paying for officers' mistakes.

Gana says one of the ways to avoid litigation should be to employ
competent officers who will conduct thorough investigations before
effecting arrests.
