This was the HARDEST pick and pack I've ever done!

I just moved my bookstore into a new warehouse and had almost 200 eBay sales to pick, pack, and ship. It turned out to be the most challenging pick-and-pack I've ever done. Everything that could go wrong did, leaving me feeling overwhelmed, teary, and utterly broken.
