College of Natural Resources (CNR) celebrated 64th Birth Anniversary of Fourth King Jigme Singye Wangchuk with the guest of honor Dasho Dzongda of Punakha and other dzongkhag officials.
The college also celebrated it's 27th Foundation day with numerous activities that stretched over the day. 🌈
