Vegas Buffet meets Fine Dining! Trying a Fine Dining Luxury Buffet in the Philippines.

Good day everyone! One of the original buffets in the Philippines is the Vikings Buffet and I've got to experience all the great food and the great people there many years ago when I was working in the Philippines. The grandeur of Las Vegas with all the great Filipino comfort food...and lots of it!

Well, I'm happy to say that Vikings is offering a Fine Dining Experience at a Buffet? What does that mean and can it be done? We'll get tot find out during a trip to the Niu Buffet in Manila. This buffet not only offers traditional buffet items with lechon, roast beef and roast lamb, but also an abundance of seafood from the cheesy oysters, roast fish, and mountains of shrimp tempura. And as they are introducing new concepts and dishes, we have plated dishes that comes to you! From champagne and caviar in jelly form, to an indulgent wagyu & duck liver sushi, to a crab cake made with crab fat, all the dishes were delicately prepared and expertly plated.
