Hello PMV (Flipaclip)

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY BROSEPH! His b day was yesterday but I couldn't finish this in time ToT. I guess this is a filler or something (plus theres not really any animation in here hahah) but DonT woRry i'M woRkinG oN soMeThinG bIgGer!
this is also kind of a giant step out of my comfort zone cause I'm not accustomed to neon colors and I probably wouldn't have drawn the neon part if mY bRothEr diDn't changE hiS mInecraft usEr to "neonflurry!" Ive been wheezing at that name for so long good lord help me.

Expect me to reuse some of these backgrounds cause I DID NOT put effort into those things for a 16 second video. :,) (plus this was made last minute)
