Sundakai vathal 2 tps
Tomato 1
Small onion 15
Garlic 8 pods
Sambar powder 2tps
Salt for taste
Corriender 1/2 tps
Tamarind medium lemon size
Grated coconut 2tps
Sesame Oil / gingerly oil
tempering:jeera, mustard, curry leaves, asafoetida
Take one pan add some sesame oil and add tempering ingredients then add chopped garlic, onion,tamoto saute we'll add sambar powder corriender powder salt saute well now add lil water and side by side make a paste of sundakai vathal,3 tps coconut, 1/2 tomato into nice smooth paste add this to kuzhambu wait till oil pirnjifies then add lemon size tamarind water check salt and boil for 10 mins add lil jaggery before switch off vatha kuzhambu ready ❣️
