lotus biscuits 130g
melted butter 45g
gelatin or agar agar 7g
cream cheese 300g
sugar 1/2 cup (100g)
vanilla extract 1tsp (5ml)
whipping cream 300ml
milk (hot) 250ml
chopped lotus biscuits 1/2 cup
some lotus biscoff or some biscuit crumb on top
decorate with some lotus biscuit - optional

** keep in refrigerator for 2-4 hours or until set **

** CUP SIZE : FULL CUP 250ML | HALF CUP 125ml | 1/3 CUP 80ML | 1/4 CUP 60ML | 1 TBSP 15ML | 1/2 TBSP 7.5ML | 1 TSP 5 ML | 1/2 TSP 2.5ML ! **
