Road Trip BIG SUR Highway 1 | Fresno to Monterey

Hi, we're Brandon and Alyssa. We sold everything and moved into our Prius for an epic summer road trip, Prius Camping our way from San Diego to Canada.

In this video we leave Sequoia National Park and our first bear sighting, we head to Fresno to visit our friends. We then try to find camping in Big Sur along Highway 1 at five different first come, first serve campsites. We make multiple stops along the famous highway: San Simeon Elephant Seal Beach, Nit Wit Ridge, Ragged Point Inn, McWay Falls, all while cruising up the Pacific Ocean with amazing cliffside views. We finally make our way to Monterey, CA and camp at Veterans Memorial Park for the night, after visiting Fisherman's Pier and the Monterey Farmers Market. It was a jam-packed drive and a great road trip day!
