Air Fryer Keto Tiramisu Cake #shorts

Tiramisu Cake baked in an Air Fryer ❤️❤️❤️

Cake Ingredients:
1/8cup Cocoa powder
15g coconut flour
20g almond flour
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1tbsp stevia erythritol blend
1 egg yolk
1/8cup coconut oil (vco)
1/8cup heavy cream
30g butter unsalted
Air Fryer 180C for 8-10mins
(Check pile cake with wooden stick)

Coffee bath:
1tbsp Espresso
1/8cup heavy cream
1tsp stevia erythritol blend

Tiramisu cream:
30g lowcarb white Chocolate
1tbsp Espresso
1/4tsp instant coffee (optional)
100g mascarpone or cream cheese
1/8cup heavy cream
1tbsp stevia erythritol blend
