Why do we see measles outbreaks? – Healthy at Home with Dr. Handy | CHOP

Dr. Lori Handy explains that about 95% of a group of people or the population at large need to be vaccinated against measles to prevent outbreaks. Low vaccination rates coupled with international travel of community members sets the stage for outbreaks.
