A short video showing an error that has been present since Twitter Updated their Privacy Policy in May 2018. The browser is redirected to mobile.twitter.com/i/flow/consent_flow when trying to visit any twitter.com/ URL. An error code of 366 is shown with the message "Missing data". Clicking "OK" on the screen popup simply reloads the entire page and displays the error again in an infinite loop. The behaviour is the same on all devices (including the mobile app) and browsers. I have sent more support requests to Twitter than I can remember but they are yet to address the issue.
