Rabdi Shahi Tukda
Ingredients:
Bread - 3 Slice
Ghee
Milk - 750 ml ( Remove 1 Cup)
Custard Powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/3 Cup
Saffron Water - 1 tsp
Garnish
Almond Flakes, Pistachio Flakes, Silver Varkh
Method:
Take bread and remove sides then Cut into Four
Then fry it in Ghee slow flame till golden
Take a Pan add Milk and Boil it , from 750 ml , Remove 1 Cup , in that add Custard Powder, Mix and Whisk Properly
Once boil Milk add Sugar , then add Custard Mixture , Whisk Continuously and add Saffron Water, Boil n Cook Properly, then add the Cardamom Powder, Mix and Let Cool Completely
Keep One plate , Put Fried Bread Slice , above Pour Rabdi , Garnish With Almond Flakes , Pistachio Flakes and Silver Varkh.
