Cheesy Paneer Kulcha 🍕

Ingredients
Mayonnaise -2 tbsp
Tomato sauce-2 tbsp
Oregano -1 tsp
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Corn-1/4 cup
Paneer -1/2 cup
Salt-1/2 tsp
Cheese -1/4 cup

Method
▫️In a bowl add mayonnaise, tomato sauce , oregano and mix everything well
▫️Add paneer , corn, capsicum and mix well until it is well coated
▫️On a kulcha layer the paneer filling
▫️Top with up with cheese and bake at 180 °c at 15 minutes (preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180°c)
