Organic bananas are one of my favorites - I enjoy them after workouts to refuel. Avocados also make it into my smoothies and salads; they're an excellent source of healthy fats. Kale is another staple for me, often used in morning omelets that support liver health. I always opt for organic Red Onion as well when making those same omelets.
For a quick dinner or snack, potatoes are great - whether grilled or boiled. And don't forget about blackberries; just be sure to choose an organic variety. As for snacks, Boulder Canyon chips are my go-to choice due to their simple three-ingredient list: potatoes, avocado oil, and sea salt.
My energy drink of choice is the Yerba Mate, which I appreciate for its tropical flavors that come in at only 60 calories - equivalent to about 11g of sugar. Another favorite beverage of mine are flavored organic soda waters; while not ideal as a regular drink option, they're a decent alternative to soda every now and then.
I've also been enjoying grass-fed A2 organic plain yogurt lately. This type of protein is less likely to cause digestive issues due to its unique composition. And let's not forget about the benefits of pasture-raised eggs - their yolks have such a rich, vibrant color that signifies higher nutritional value.
