If anyone saw this chutney with Dosa and Idli and wondered how this was made... here is the answer. This simple chutney is made with three to four ingredients.
Red Chilli Chutney Ingredients
Tamarind (you can take this as size of medium-sized lemon)
Lukewarm Water
Coconut Oil/ Sesame oil
Red Chilli Powder 20g
Kashmiri Chilli Powder 15g
Salt to Taste
Sugar Half teaspoon

PLEASE NOTE: I use coconut oil for most of the South Indian dishes, especially authentic Kerala recipes. However, you can use any cooking oil according to your personal choice. If there is any must use scenario, I will tell you that in the video.
