FaultlessExecution: A package for readable, inline error handling

Faultless Execution Service to provide more readable exception handling than the traditional try {} catch {} as well as offerning a fluent-like approach. Additional, demonstrate how using a service for exception handling lends itself to project wide error handling. Bonus is showing how FaultlessExecution can be used to make web api status code responses a bit simpler.
