Ingredients:

Cake Flour
Sugar
Salt
Baking Powder
Egg yolks
Lemon Juice
Oil
Water

For Meringue:
Egg whites
Sugar
Cream of Tartar

For Ganache:
Condensed milk
Evaporated milk
Egg yolks
Vanilla extract
Whip cream
Butter
Hot water with cornstarch

Sift the cake flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder, and mix well. Mix egg yolks, lemon juice, and oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix well, and add water.
Do the meringue, mix egg whites in the mixer while gradually putting the sugar and cream of tartar. Mix for 5 to 10 minutes until it forms into cloud-like texture. Mix meringue with our batter by using a folding technique. Transfer the mixture to a pan with parchment paper on the bottom. Smooth the surface. Bake at 300 degrees but make sure you don't forget to preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Make ganache in a pan, put the condensed milk, and evaporated milk, and stir slowly. Add the egg yolks, vanilla extract, and whip cream. Add butter, mix well then add hot water with cornstarch to thicken. Strain the ganache to make sure there's no lumps to it. Let it cool down.
For the cake, make sure to bake it for 50 minutes and check with a toothpick if it's cooked already on the inside. Put the cake in a pan with new parchment paper, remove the old parchment paper. Let it cool in a blast chiller. Put a plastic around the cake and put the ganache on top. Add cornstarch to hot water to thicken the remaining ganache then strain. Put on top of the chilled cake. Then top with slices of peaches. Serve it with love to your family! Enjoy!
