Ingredients:
2 apples, sliced
1 sheet of puff pastry, squared sized
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (200 C).
2. Prepare baking tray using a parchment paper.
3. Add a teaspoon of honey and spread evenly .
4. Add the sliced apples on the honey and then a pinch of cinnamon and followed by squared puff pastry.
5. Use a fork to seal stuff.
6. Brush it with egg wash and bake.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
9. Carefully invert the dish onto a serving plate, allowing the apple topping to become the bottom of the pastry.
11. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top and enjoy!
