Transform your gym ball into your ultimate fitness ally! From squats to stretches, here’s how to get the most out of your workout.

1️⃣ Squats with Gym Ball in Hands

🔸 Hold the gym ball in both hands at chest level.
🔸 Raise the ball above your head.
🔸 As you lift, lower into a squat until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
🔸 Stand back up, bringing the ball down. Repeat 12–15 times.

2️⃣ Squat Running with Ball on the Ground

🔸 Place the gym ball on the ground in front of you.
🔸 Get into a squat position, keeping your back straight.
🔸 Start running on the spot while maintaining the squat position. Go for 30–60 seconds.

3️⃣ Full-Body Stretch with Mini Band & Gym Ball

🔸 Sit on the gym ball with the mini band looped around your wrists.
🔸 Stretch your hands upward and then bring them downward in a controlled motion.
🔸 Repeat 10–15 times for a great full-body stretch.

4️⃣ Wall Pushups with Gym Ball

🔸 Place the gym ball between your hands and the wall.
🔸 Perform pushups by bending your arms while the ball stays in contact with the wall.
🔸 Push yourself back to starting position. Repeat 10–12 times.

5️⃣ Back Relaxation on Gym Ball

🔸 Place the ball between your lower back and the wall.
🔸 Lean back, extending your hands out to the sides for full support.
🔸 Hold for 10–20 seconds to completely relax your back.
