Today's Vlog is all about staying consistent or finding motivation, or in truth how do you stop the roller coaster of starting and stopping a routine, especially with little kids at home and work/life stress building by the day.

I'm not as strong as I use to be
I'm not training as much as I use to
I don't feel as in shape as I use to
The theme is...."use to" Where here's the wake-up call
YOU'RE A PARENT NOW, so the old you has sailed... it's gone, so stop beating yourself up for a lifestyle that is no longer your lifestyle.
Stop living in the past and embrace the present and what you have in front of you.
For example...have 10 minutes, let's make it the best 10 minutes of your day as far as fitness is concerned and let's get 5 push-ups at the top of every minute for 10 minutes.
