👉किडनी स्टोन क्या है?
इस समस्या में राइट साईंड किडनी स्टोन या लेफ्ट साइड किडनी स्टोन के गंभीर दर्द होते हैं। युरेटर किडनी को यूरिनरी ब्लैडर से जोड़ता है जब भी उसमे कोई स्टोन फस जाता है वो यूरिन के फ्लो को रोकता है और बहुत दर्द महसूस होता है।

👉किडनी स्टोन के कारण
⭐पानी कम पीने से किडनी स्टोन का खतरा बढ़ता है। सामान्यतः रोज 5 से 6 लीटर पानी पीना चाहिए।
⭐यदि भोजन में प्रोटीन की मात्रा, नमक, और शक्कर की मात्रा बहुत ही अधिक है तो किडनी स्टोन का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।
⭐बीज वाली सब्जियां जैसे भिन्डी, टमाटर आदि का उपयोग कम करना चाहिए।

👉किडनी स्टोन के लक्षण
⭐पेशाब करते समय दर्द।
⭐मूत्र में खून आना।
⭐मूत्र से असामान्य गंध आना।
⭐मूत्र में धुंधलापन होना।
⭐एक बार में थोडा सा ही मूत्र आता है।
⭐पेशाब करने की इच्छा - सामान्य से अधिक।

👉किडनी स्टोन से बचाव
⭐अपनी उम्र के हिसाब से कैल्शियम लें।
⭐सही मात्रा में पानी पिएं(5 से 6 लीटर रोज़)।
⭐संतरे का जूस, निम्बू पानी पिएं।
⭐रेड मीट, मुर्गी, अंडे और समुद्री भोजन का सेवन कम करें।



👉किडनी स्टोन के उपचार
✔️6 एमएम से लेकर 7 एमएम तक के स्टोन अपने आप निकल जाते हैं।
✔️8 एमएम या 8 एमएम से अधिक का स्टोन अपने आप नहीं निकलता है इसके लिए दूरबीन से सर्जरी की जाती है।
✔️अगर स्टोन ज्यादा बड़ा है तो एंडो यूरोलोजी की तकनीक से बिना चीर फाड़ के इसका ऑपरेशन किया जाता है।
✔️अगर किडनी स्टोन है तो PCNL सर्जरी द्वारा किया जाता है।
✔️युरेटर के स्टोन को युरेटर स्कोप से तोड़कर निकाला जाता है।
✔️ब्लैडर या पेशाब की थैली में स्टोन को दूरबीन की सहायता से आसानी से निकाला जाता है ।

👉What is kidney stone?
In this problem there is severe pain of right side kidney stone or left side kidney stone. The ureter connects the kidney to the urinary bladder, whenever a stone gets stuck in it, it blocks the flow of urine and causes great pain.

👉Causes of kidney stone
⭐Drinking less water increases the risk of kidney stones. Normally 5 to 6 liters of water should be drunk daily.
⭐If the amount of protein, salt, and sugar in the food is very high then the risk of kidney stone increases.
⭐The use of seed vegetables like okra, tomato etc. should be reduced.

👉Symptoms of kidney stone
⭐Pain while urinating.
⭐Blood in urine.
⭐Unusual smell of urine.
⭐Discoloration of urine.
⭐Only a small amount of urine comes out at a time.
⭐Urination to urinate - more than usual.

👉Prevention of kidney stone
⭐Take calcium according to your age.
⭐Drink the right amount of water (5 to 6 liters daily).
⭐Drink orange juice, lemon water.
⭐Reduce your intake of red meat, poultry, eggs and seafood.


👉Treatment of kidney stone
✔️Stones from 6 mm to 7 mm are removed automatically.
✔️A stone of 8 mm or more than 8 mm does not come out on its own, for this, surgery is done with binoculars.
✔️If the stone is very large, then it is operated without tearing with the technique of Endo Urology.
✔️If there is kidney stone then PCNL is done by surgery.
✔️The ureter stone is removed by breaking it with a ureter scope.
✔️Stones in the bladder or urinary sac are easily removed with the help of binoculars.
