This is the evolution/history of YouTube thumbnails and how much they've changed from 2005 (the start of YouTube) to 2025! Thumbnails used to be lower quality and less design/photo editing elements, but now they are filled with text, red arrows, and are very saturated sometimes haha! I did look back at old videos and confirm as much as possible though lol. Also, I looked at many big YouTubers like PewDiePie, Markiplier, CoryxKenshin, FaZe Rug, MrBeast, Ryan Trahan, DashieXP/DashieGames, KSI, Miniminter, and more, for how their thumbnails have evolved! This video is sort of like “old YouTube vs. new YouTube be like”! I also made the evolution of the Subscribe button and YouTube intros videos! This video could also be “The Evolution Of YouTube Titles” :P. It took a very long time to make some of these thumbnails and I always take so long when editing…but anything to make the video better hopefully! 😅
