Throughout this time, my main focus was on the movement of the main character, which I was able to achieve with enjoyable gameplay. From there, I moved on to working with NPCs, which are currently set up as shown in the video.
In the meantime, I’ve learned how to think in C++ and come up with solutions for bugs. I also learned how to implement new ideas through code.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to develop with Unreal Engine—learning C++ really speeds up the workflow and keeps the system blueprints nice and clean.
