Yuzu Black Tea Fizz using Easy® Signature Yuzu Flavoured Syrup

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Easy® Taiwan Assam Black Tea (20g)
Easy® Signature Yuzu Flavoured Syrup (5 pumps)
Maple Syrup (30ml)
Egg White (1 pc)
Water
Ice

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗪 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬® 𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗪𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗠 𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗘𝗔
1. On a pan, pour 1L of water then bring to a boil.
2. When the water is boiling, turn off the heat and add 20g of Easy® Taiwan Assam Black Tea.
3. Stir then leave for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, strain it using a fine strainer. Set aside.

𝗬𝗨𝗭𝗨 𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗘𝗔 𝗙𝗜𝗭𝗭 𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬® 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗨𝗭𝗨 𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗬𝗥𝗨𝗣:
1. Pour 200ml brewed Easy® Taiwan Assam Black Tea into a shaker, add 5 pumps Easy® Signature Yuzu Flavoured Syrup, 30ml maple syrup, and 1 pc egg white.
2. Add ice, and shake for 25 seconds.
3. In a 16oz glass, add sliced orange, rosemary, and smoked with rosemary leaves. Pour the Yuzu Black Tea Fizz mixture. Garnish, and serve.
