This delicious smoked shotgun shells recipe is made with manicotti shells stuffed with cheese, ground beef and bell peppers then wrapped in thin slice applewood bacon. Smoked with wood of choice for one hour then apply barbecue sauce of your choice. Smoke until shells are soft.

Cook time 2-2.5 hours
Smoker Temp: 225-275F
Internal Meat Temp: 160F
