For Marination
Mutton mince/keema-200gm
Curd-1/4cup
Ginger & garlic paste-1tbsp
Kasuri methi- 1tsp
Coriander powder-1/2tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Salt to taste
For Onion Matar Masala
Ghee-1tbsp
Oil-1tsp
Onion-3/4cup
Ginger & garlic paste-1tbsp
Coriander stem-1/8cup
Tomato-1 (chopped)
Green peas/matar-1/2cup
Water-1/2cup
For Gravy
Ghee-2tbsp
Oil-1-2tsp
Bay leave-1
Cumin seed-1tsp
Green cardamom-2-3
Black cardamom-1
Clove-2-3
Add marinated mutton
Add prepared onion matar masala
Water-1 1/2cup
Coriander leave-handful
Mint leave-few
Green chilli-2-3
Garnish with coriander leave n green chilli
