My landlord has raised our rent, but unfortunately, our pay hasn't increased.. To make up for the price increase in rent we are flipping furniture for profit. The rent went up 550 dollars a month so we are flipping enough furniture and other vintage stuff to make at least 500 dollars to pay that increase.
