Learning Management Software Trends & Advice

The scope of learning management has changed considerably over recent years due to changes in learning strategy (from compliance and certification goals to increased talent management objectives), organizational structure (training and learning have often been silo'd departments), and unification among learning management software and HCM systems. In fact, learning management is often becoming a foundation for HR software and talent management, combining learning objectives with compensation management, performance management and succession management objectives.
