how to operate a vertical feed mixer

A feed mixer is indispensable for livestock or poultry farmer.

This feed mixer consist of a automatic feeding hammer mill and a vertical feed mixer.

Turn on the switch, materials ( grains ) enter into hammer mill chamber due to suction which generates from rotating hammers/beaters at high speed inside hammer mill.

After grains are crushed into powder and entered into tank of mixer, ingredients will be brought from bottom to top over and over again inside tank, by a spiral screw at constant speed.

You may add other ingredients into the hopper per your own formulation.

Open the discharge gate, evenly mixed ingredients will pour into your bags. You may drop these mixed ingredients into the hopper and remix it again.

DO NOT forget to turn off your switch.
