Here’s two drills from two different students who struggled with making it bigger deeper back swing
The first swing, a student used a resistance band trying to pull and straighten his trail leg, which forced him to learn to maintain the flex in Israel leg to resist the band the better he does maintaining the flex in his trail leg. The deeper the student turns his trail hip and the deeper he makes a chest turn
The second student is using a band around their knees, which, when you push out engages the core stabilize the lower body and helps them make a bigger deeper chester behind the ball with a staple lower body
