Vancouver Sun editor-in-chief Harold Munro speaks to
Steve Mossop, Western Canada executive vice-president of Leger Marketing.
In a federal election intensely focused on tariffs, Mark Carney's Liberals maintain a big lead over Pierre Poilievre's Conservatives for the third consecutive week. But the latest Leger poll indicates this support is soft. A significant number of Liberal backers say they could still change their vote before election day. Steve Mossop, an executive vice-president at Leger, discusses the results with Harold Munro, editor in chief of the Vancouver Sun and Province.
Leger surveyed 1,631 Canadians from April 4 to 6 for the poll. This sample size has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.43 per cent.
