Malcom might have to make a blue cheese compound butter soon, cause this was amazing (36:15). If you go on a trip to an all inclusive resort, make sure to bring your seasonings with you (40:15)... We always say to each their own, but maybe leave the potato salad on the side when you’re making gumbo (56:30).
