Hello Beauties ✨🎀
I hope you enjoyed the video 🍒 make sure to comment your thoughts and share this video with your family and friends 🌱

We've ALL been there; painful acne, irritation, itching, uneven skintone, annoying tiny bumps. Searching on the internet for solutions, trying all the tips and hacks- selling our organs to buy recommended products- putting the amount of hope in it that even our parents don't have on us &; the end result-DISAPPOINTMENT. Clear skin is not about trying viral tips & tricks or trending products-that's not gonna work; we have to level up. We all desire a clean, healthy and bouncy skin but the problem is we don't exactly know what to do; & that's where the beauty brands take advantage- every time a new product or hack takes over the internet; promising the healthy, crystal clear skin. And when we try them- it just somehow does not work. We all know how the skin care routines are getting out of hands day by day-making it seems like getting a clear skin is hard & expensive, but in reality it's way easy and simple. Hello Beauties!!! Welcome to Beauty with Brain!! There are a few things you NEED to learn about; for promising results & in this video we're gonna talk about it. The topics we will discuss in this video are; 'what's the cause of your damaged skin?"; 'How to treat it?'; And lastly 'How to prevent it from happening again?'

Our skin sweats, protects, holds, absorbs & while doing all that-it's quite common for it to get damaged causing this type of reaction. This is what the layers of our skin looks like; and the outermost layer where all the activity happens is this-called stratum corneum. It is a natural protective layer that acts as a watertight seal, preventing moisture loss and keeping out harmful substances. The most common mistake we make that can cause our skin's protective layer to get damaged is through-"not" "keeping it" "clean"; let me explain. Our skin is constantly shedding dead skin cells, which needs to be removed and kept clean by exfoliating or double cleansing. But when the dead skin piles up, it can dull your skin, & the next thing that happens is-it makes the pores appearance larger and the last thing- they can even clog the pores leading to breakouts. Exfoliating removes the dead skin build up to improve the look, texture and brightness of your skin; it also has the added benefits of helping skincare products to penetrate better so that you get the most of them. But once your skin barrier gets damaged then it no longer has the ability to penetrate; leading to making things worse. Over-exfoliating can also lead to damaged skin, as exfoliating removes the build up and excess oil, whereas too much exfoliating can lead to stripping away the natural oil making your skin super dry - flaky, leading to these annoying tiny bumps. Same goes for double cleaning; if it's done too much or the wrong way then it can lead to skin damage.
