First Street Station for the Win!

This VERSA-LOK retaining wall project gets major kudos for solving two problems at once and looking great to boot! The owner was developing several properties next to a national scenic riverway and needed a solid solution for parking plus raingardens to prevent stormwater runoff from infiltrating the river. The design employs the VERSA-LOK Standard retaining wall system for the soil-reinforced wall along the riverwalk and the tiered retaining walls on each side of one of the buildings. No special units were needed to construct the 45-degree angles at each end of the wall so that the original walkway was not disturbed.
