½ scoop Garden Of Life chocolate protein powder - 10g protein
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup soy milk - 8g protein (or you can do ½ cup non-dairy milk - 4g protein + ½ cup protein milk - 6 g protein)
