Weber Kettle Griddle Insert

Weber just released their 22” kettle griddle insert. It’s the same rust resistant carbon steel material that they use on the slate griddle. This will be a good option if you don’t have a griddle at home or want to take a griddle on the road. Also their burger smasher is the best one I’ve tried - it’s bigger than others and well balanced.

I’m testing it out here with some burgers and fries in a cast iron pan.
