👉 कान का मैल क्या है?

कान के अंदर पाए जाने वाले पीले रंग के मोम जैसे पदार्थ को “कान का मैल” या “इयरवैक्स” कहा जाता है। यह पदार्थ कान में मौजूद चर्बी युक्त ग्रंथियों द्वारा बनाया जाता है। कान का मैल अक्सर कान से बाहर निकल जाता है या फिर इसे धो कर साफ करना पड़ता है।

⭐ यह कान की नली को साफ व नम रखता है।
⭐ अंदरुनी परत को सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है।
⭐ कान के मैल की मदद से कान के अंदर पानी नहीं जा पाता।
⭐ कान के अंदर जाने वाली धूल,कीट,फंगी और बैक्टीरिया आदि भी इसमें चिपक जाते हैं और कान के अंदर नहीं घुस पाते हैं। इससे कान का मैल बनने लगता है। मैल के कारण कान की नली बंद हो जाती है और कम सुनाई देने लगता है।
⭐ यह कान में एक प्राकृतिक अवरोध होता है, जो धूल व बैक्टीरिया, आदि को कान के भीतरी हिस्सों में जाने से रोकता है।
⭐ कान का मैल बहुत चिपचिपा होता है, इसलिए यह कान के अंदर जाने वाले सूक्ष्म कचरे को इकट्ठा कर लेता है।
⭐ इस सुरक्षात्मक अवरोध के बिना आपके कान में कई प्रकार के जोखिम हो सकते हैं।

👉 What is earwax ?

A yellow wax-like substance found inside the ear is called ‘earwax’. This substance is made by the fat-rich glands in the ear. Ear dirt often comes out of the ear itself or has to be cleaned.

✔️ It keeps the ear tube clean and moist.
✔️ It protects the inner layer of the ear.
✔️ Ear wax does not let water inside the ear.
