During the World War 2, a soldier from the Japanese Imperial Army is sent to fight in the Lubang Islands, Philippines. His only orders are Dont Surrender and Dont Commit Suicide.
He follows the orders from his captain to the word and hides in the jungles of the island even and indulges in guerilla warfare. Unaware of the fact that the war has been long over.
