My message for MBA grads sitting for their summer internships this season, especially my IIMB juniors.

I know the pressure to secure the "right" summer internship can feel overwhelming. I've been there.

Thhre is no denying that I too was caught in the whirlwind of fear, self-doubt, and relentless
comparison. That constant validation tied to shortlists and offers can make you feel like you're failing if things don't go as planned. But that is NOT true! And just as i know better now, you'll also be disillusioned soon.

This video has reminders I wish someone had given me
during this phase.

Keep yourself relaxed. Practice meditation and
visualization. Don't let the pressure get to you. The
shortlists, rejections, stress--it's all temporary.
