How to Remove the Customize Tab from Folder and Drive Properties

If you are on a shared computer and do not want other users customizing drive or folder settings such as changing the folder picture or icon, you can disable the Customize tab for folder and drive properties. This change will also apply to other user accounts on the computer. Then if you need to add the Customize tab back, it's just as easy to do so.
