We look at integrity as telling the truth, doing what's known to be right. But, you know, integrity has to do with your ability to be relied upon. We express integrity by telling the truth, by doing what we know is right, regardless of the circumstance. But what integrity really is, is the ability to be counted on.

Establish processes and work your processes. If the processes don't work, change the process.
If the people don't use the process, change the people.

One of the beautiful things about the Better Business Bureau is the Standards of Trust that they've established, and the Standards of Trust matches over with what we teach from the standpoints of loyalty, integrity, and sacrificial service.

I teach my students about transparency, that if your integrity is intact, then there's no problem with transparency. We operate our business in that fashion.

It is impressive to our clients to see that we're Better Business Bureau accredited. And what we're fundamentally here to deliver is fitness, self-defense, and character development.

When I'm dealing with my students on the floor, I tell them the truth. You know, if they ask me a question, "Sensei, is this going to hurt?"

"Yeah, it'll hurt."

And we just keep - (laughs).
