This P-Talk highlights the challenges and opportunities for inclusive rural development and how it could be enhanced. Dr. Chang-Gil Kim discusses the importance of the integrated rural development approach with economic, social, and political dimensions and shares good practices in the ROK. Inclusive rural development involves changes in socioeconomic aspects in the quality of life as well as reductions in gender and income inequalities Through inclusive rural development, productivity enhancement can be achieved along with inclusive engagement and shared prosperity in rural economies.
