Welcome to the first week 7 Days of Dedication with Coach Xavier
This week we will be doing 7 days of
1 GALLON OF WATER A DAY
45 MINUTES OF EXERCISE
ALL HAVE TO BE DONE BEFORE YOUR 1ST MEAL OF THE DAY.
I know I know this sounds difficult but let’s do something outside of the normal and instead of trying to do 21 days, 30 days lets just try and hold ourselves accountable for 7 days straight!!! Monday to Sunday with a new challenge starting every Monday.
