i did these one time when i had sore hams and thought it was cool but i didnt think of it as a "real" exericise but you made that pike pushups variatio  vid not long after haha

I discovered this by accident a while back when doing pike push-ups 
 Looks like "bad form" until you try it yourself

You could also drop set after the straight left version.... another way to increase intensity!
